Full range of services for Equipment Erection, Installation & Commissioning including; rigging study, safety checklists, load charts, leveling, grouting, hook-ups to existing plant and equipment (provided for all kinds of rotary and stationary equipments), and all types of pipe work including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys steel.
The services also include pre-fabrication and erection of bolted or welded; light, medium and heavy steel structures. Such as Flares, Sheds, HV/LV Towers, Pipe Racks, Access Platforms, Pipe Supports, Brackets and Conveyors etc. Facilities are available to undertake prefabrication activities at workshop, and assembly at plants site.
MECHANICAL ERECTION
ASG provides mechanical erection services for ‘grass-root’ projects as well as for expansion / revamping of existing facilities comprising of erection of equipment (including heavy lifts), piping / pipe racks, steel structures, tanks, painting , insulation, NDT and pre commissioning/commissioning.
